"I went to this facility for physical therapy because of back pain. I was treated by Peter Niles who worked out a series of exercises to strengthen my abs, gluts etc. When something didn't work for me Peter adjusted the exercises or the weights. After a few months going twice a week I am much stronger and I was taught how to use my legs instead of my back all the time. I have a series of exercises Peter adjusted for home use along with Therabands and I do the exercises at home since I am not going to the facility anymore. My experience at OrthoArizona PT Greenway was so positive. Peter Nile was great as were the techs who helped me. The front office ladies were also great and greeted me when I entered the facility. All in all a great experience. Now I have to commit to doing at home exercises at least twice a week. So far so good."
