"I visited yesterday for a posible ear infection. The staff was wonderful, but the Dr was awful and treated me less than human. She was rude, has no bedside mannes, and just bombarded me with very invasive questions, unrelated to the reason for the visit. She didn't even check my ear to see what was going on. When I got back home I realized that she even wrote that I was seen for my right ear, when in fact it was the left."

"The doctor who saw me yesterday did not listen to my request to get labs done to check my symptoms. Even though the radiologist confirmed that my x-rays were clear with no issues, he still thought that I might have bronchitis and just prescribed antibiotics. Would not go back again if he is the only person working."

"The team at Honor Health was outstanding. I arrived at the facility about 10 mins before the posted closing time and the staff from the receptionist to Dr Karin were very accommodating. My assessment and care was thorough and not rushed even though it required the team to stay at least 45 mins after closing. I never heard a single complaint."

"I went in for an infection. I was quickly moved into a room and settled in. I had a specimen sent for lab tests, and the results showed up on my chart soon after. I waited in the patient room for 2 hours until I went to the hub, where I questioned how much longer it would take before I was seen. They assumed a physician had already met with me. So I waited for a bit more, and the doctor walked in and quickly assessed and apologized. I was okay with it at this point, but then I asked for a school note, and they addressed it to for “work,” which is fine, but they also sent my prescriptions to the wrong location when I had already expressed my preferred location. I then spent nearly an hour speaking with pharmacies to have it sent to the appropriate area. They're all very friendly and nice but a mess."

"I had such a good experience. I had been sick for week's before I came in. When I walked the front desk person was so nice. The offices were so clean and welcoming. I was called back in just a few minutes. The Doctor and Nurse was really kind and understanding. They explained everything thoroughly. They called in my meds and I was leaving shortly after. I will definitely come here if I can't get in my Doctor's office. Thank you for helping me get better."
