"Uncaring staff! The pediatrician is good, but not worth 5 stars due to the office staff.. whoever is answering their phones is usually rude. We've called them numerous times for appointments and questions when my grandson has been ill. They'll literally hang up when in mid sentence. My daughter called to see if they needed a follow up appointment after being in the ER, when grandson had fever of 102. They rudely informed her that they already have his information then hung up. She wanted to know what else she could do to help her son feel better sooner, but they obviously don't care. Which isn't something you want from your pediatricians office. In fact, it's the complete opposite. I hope this office staff develops a caring customer service approach. You're talking to parents, some very new, they're calling because they care about their children and some are concerned and worried, maybe don't make it worse? Just a thought."
