"Waited 25 minutes for second appointment to discuss X-ray results. Asked how much longer and the office staff said “oh, I don’t know maybe 5-10 minutes”. Didn’t bother getting up to see what the hold up was or even an apology. I requested my X-ray results 4 times. Was eventually told the Anthem office doesn’t have anyone capable of burning a disk, so I needed to call another office. Called 2 offices and turns out the offices use different X-ray machines and don’t communicate so it’s not even possible. The worst experience ever!"

"When I walked in to Arizona Pain relief, I was very pensive and guarded. After just a few minutes talking to Kim, I was at ease and ready to proceed with what they wanted to do to help me heal! Since the first day I have been impressed, and we are almost 3 weeks into my treatment and everybody there is unbelievable, and I'm doing much better. I had pain levels of 9 out of 10 when I went in there, and I only experience levels of one to two during the day now! We still have a long ways to go but I'm encouraged by the initial results. The professionalism, bedside manner, and thorough and complete follow up on a daily basis is very impressive.
