"I'm giving a five stars the counter staff are very very nice the doctor was nice too but I think the visit was way too short it's kind of hard to ask questions and get stuff answered when it feels like he's in there for only like less than 2 or 3 minutes but I guess it is what it is but they do seem to be very carrying there"

"I was running a few minutes late for my stress test today appt. I called informed someone due to the freeway traffic. Well I guess the manager andronica lied told me I wasn’t able to be late at all but informed the office that I was gonna still try because I was just down the street, I come into the office christy was in there I showed up at 3:42 she sat there and watched me instead of checking me in by the time she does it’s super late obviously, and I could tell she did it on purpose while finishing up with someone else then she tells me they left at 3:40, and I was told I could only be late till then but I definitely was never told that on the phone, they have a 15 min courtesy to begin with just the whole situation was rude, if she had checked me in right away since she knew who I was, then I would have been fine since she was already called and informed I was going to try to still show up, I just drove super far out here, I’m extremely unhappy and christy was definitely very rude and passive aggressive, as well as inappropriate comments that were unnecessary like “it’s mine/the patients responsibility to make sure their there on time” and when I informed my sister who was with infront of her that I would let dr pecci know how I was treated not even speaking to Christy that she would informed dr pecci. They definitely need to learn how to deal and help situate with patients it’s definitely not my fault half the freeways are closed or packed."
