"Horrible costumer service, every time you go there if is not one thing is the other. I started a treatment, where I have to take the medication continuously without missing one day and the doctor said to get labs done before every refill. I’m out of my medication and I didn’t once received any notification from the providers office that I needed to get lab work done or anything like that, 0 information provided or explained, also it’s shows on maps and google that the office is still open but they won’t answer the phone as they are “closed”. The treatment I started, the main issue is, labs needed to be done because it affects the liver, I took it for a month for no reason, damaging my liver with no final goal. The ladies at the front are rude all the time, seems like they hate being there. Today GUADALUPE called me to let me know it was my fault I didn’t have my labs done but I didn’t have an order which the doctor office has to give me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Reception staff is terrible"

"Horrible waiting time in the phone as soon you call they put you on a 20 to 40 minute hold I mean that's a lot of waiting time some times they be asking for your name and date of birth about 3 times they won't let u seat in the waiting room if you go with a relative they will ask u to step out and wait in the car only patients are allow in the waiting area , i really hope they really try and be more polite and more better on the waiting time also allow family members seat on the waiting area when ibwas told to leave there was 3 of us waiting and 6 empty chairs like come on dude there's no ppl here why u tripping on me | I dont really recommend this clinc look for another clinc if possible"

NO answer now he has a collection on $25 bill he never received… stuff do something about it.. he’s name is Angel Valdez I thought legally you suppose to send a certified letter or charge before sending it to collection?"

"Staff is extremely rude, dr sicalo is a great provider. My wife has been going there for years with the same complaints but she doesn’t want to lose him as her physician. The front desk staff is rude, insubordinate and unprofessional. I refuse to return to this office after being charged for a visit when I had insurance and confirmed acceptance over the phone only to come in and be charged a cash pay new patient fee for services. The service I received wasn’t even worth a 1$! Take your time to do some research , FIND ANOTHER CLINIC!"
