"Lady will read on the guidelines from the CDC, which you can do yourself. Appointment alone costed $100 for 30-40 mins, did not know upfront.Vaccine shots are not covered by your insurance. Save yourself the trouble, this place is a money grab. At least they disclosed the price, which is about $200/shot. Figure out which vaccines you need & go to your local Walgreen/CVS & get covered by your insurance."
