"If i could give 0 stars i would. I called 3 days in a row to speak with eligibility and they never answer the phone. I left multiple messages requesting for someone to reach out and the robot on the phone relayed that someone would within 24 hours. A week later still no contact. I called again and spoke with the nastiest female operator i’ve ever encountered in my life, but she was the only person i’ve talked to who had accurate information. everyone here is misinformed and need a serious attitude check. remember these are soldiers who you’re dealing with, show some respect."

"Useless. The nurse lies. They do not care about our health. Completely screwed up labs and pre op screening, up ending my entire life. Gave them a try, never again. My comm care doctors office couldn't t believe how bad my clinic and nurse were. Of course the usual VA mess of being impossible to communicate with."

"I gave it 4 outta 5. There’s always room for improvement. This is a 3rd party referral for medical services by the VA. The facility is easy to access, just east over the I-17. Plenty of H’cap parking and a very ample lot as well. Located on the 4th floor, elevators are quick and signing in is easy. I felt in good care with the services that I am receiving."

"Every time I've come to this location I have the best experience. This location sees less volume of patients than the downtown clinic so it's never as busy. The staff is very polite and respectful. One time I was running late and they called me to make sure everything was ok and we rescheduled immediately. The building is new enough that everything is still very nice inside and out, cleanest VA building I've been in."
