"I had to park behind their bldg one night. My car had a battery problem. Bad choice I know, but I woke up to some heavy commercial equipment doing lifting and hoisting by the transformer in the back, which is fine, I shouldn't have parked there but now I know they're a health and behavior shrink business with strange games, and I stay far away from these type places. I thought they were a minute clinic, that's why I took the chance and was gonna leave early early when my battery was topped off. If you're a property manager, and hate that type stuff, just knock on the window and we usually leave out real quick."
"I've been attending this clinic for 13 years. I know the staff is overworked and overloaded beyond their capacity as my husband worked in the same field for many years. That being said, I feel that my newest provider Jen is very caring and knowledgeable. In fact, I have only had one provider at this clinic that I did not like and that was early on in my treatment here at Copa Health here in AZ. Thanks everyone for working hard to help the most vulnerable in our community, myself having been there in my life as well. I'm doing well thanks to consistently going to my appointments, a very supportive and hardworking husband, a loving church community, the right medications, exercise, supportive and caring friends and most of all my relationship with the living God. There is hope for healing."
"Worst Staff ever, if they work at this location then they were indeed meeting the "worst staff ever" moniker during the interview. Case managers remind me of Circle K workers. Leadership sucks and are nonexistent"
"Very Unprofessional & Disorganized. Don't bother with the East or West locations. They are poorly staffed and their employees are all patients of Copa Health. Executives exploits mentally disturbed members to counsel other members and pays them below minimum wages. Its despicable. Copa Health is awful. Please avoid at all costs. Spend your insurance elsewhere"
"I have been a client for over 3 years. Things started rough, but with the help of my caseworker Megan matte, and my provider Janina things got much better, with my medication and my life. Then someone else said some bad things about them, and blamed it on me. They placed me on another team, the caseworker Mohammed Adbi, and an uncaring provider named Jennifer Won. They have refused to give me any medication, and have cut me off of all of my meds, while giving me ultimatums before they will fill them. I give the metro Copa health less than 0 out of 5 stars sconce I was moved to team Genesis. Mohammed adbi the team leader is rude and irrational, and Jenn won should not be practicing medicine, and is punishing me because I put in a grievance through my insurance. CEO, Dr. Shar piper should look into this matter."
