"I went to the one in Apache Junction to get glasses. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Amanda, that did the tests was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Michelle helped me pick out some frames and made sure she knew what I was looking for. I had brought in some of my old frames and she actually liked one of those, because it fit was good and it looked better on me. She helped me with everything and let me know what to expect on when I should get my glasses. I felt like I was well taken care of."

"Atrocious billing system. Tried to collect from us twice. I paid for our glasses in full at the store. Then they sent another invoice for the glasses via text. Then I got another invoice many months later for the exam. The local store doesn't handle billing, so you have to go online and try to figure out their system. Can't talk to anyone. Feels like a scam. I would never use this company again. Too confusing and I don't trust them."
