"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Go to NOAH health instead, they accept state insurance. Anna tran subbed for my primary and instead of refilling my meds (because they make you go in to charge more) she claimed i would sell them on the " blackmarket". Her exact words. She made me feel like a criminal. I never felt so humiliated in my life. Not to mention the rooms are noticeably filthy. Save yourself and go elsewhere."

"Avoid this Office at all cost . Dr. Anna Tran is the worst doctor I have ever met . I have a large family and have been to a lot of Doctors offices . Some good and some not so good but wow I don’t have very kind words to say about this office . I went to see this so called recommended Dr. On 11/1/23 I explained to the office when making the appointment exactly what I was needing to be seen for . 3 topics in total , made sure that it was ok and was assured it was . When I saw the Dr. She asked why I was there and I started to tell her . She tossed a paper on the counter and asked where I was getting this medication and why . I explained. Also explained the Dr I was seeing no longer took my insurance and I was desperate to stay on my medication . She then stood up and started to walk out the door . I asked her if she was coming back and she said no , when she leaves the room she does not come back . I told her I had other things I need to discuss . I was then informed “she was not here to solve all my problems “. I advised her how the office told me it was ok and would be noted . She sat back down , I informed her I was having female issues , won’t go into too much details but could be pre menopausal or menopausal . She then told me I needed to call my mother she could answer my questions she wouldn’t check for that . I explained I have been to the ER for extremely heavy cycles and was recommended a hysterectomy however insurance declined. Explained how the cycles were now so extreme the WR hospital was concerned about me becoming anemic. Told her I was over due for a Pap and it was recommended as well as checking my hormone levels . She declined all and walked out of the room. A few minutes later a young guy came in and said he needed a urine sample . He and I did not know what is was ordered for. I left the sample and I was checking out I was informed it was negative . I asked what I was negative for and was told for pregnancy. That Dr. Did not listen to a thing I said . I was already in the ER multiple times for this and pregnancy was not the issue. I was then told to come back for blood work . I took my papers and left. Called my mom as I was instructed to do by DR. Anna Tran , my mother was floored . She gave me her doctors info ( I should of just started there ) I called the new Dr office and explained what had taken place . I was told they were aware of the office I went to , not only to leave but to run ! No bed side manors no personality, no empathy , no soul !"

"DO NOT GO HERE !!! Just find another doctors. Doctor Anna Tran is impatient and has no will to help people. You will wait hours for them to do anything, went in at 1145 for my appointment wasn’t put in a room till 1 o clock then doctor Anna Tran rushed to see me and check me then sent my perceptions to a unknown pharmacy then when I asked for them to change it they refused. Just made everything harder then it had to be when I could if chose another doctor."

"Dr Tran is the absolute worst & unprofessional "doctor" I've ever seen & I'm still appalled by her unprofessionalism. I've been seeing Dr Copus at this location but had an issue pop up and scheduled for an appointment ASAP. I was able to come in 2 days after calling but would be seeing a different doctor I've never seen. Dr Tran came into the room and immediately started harassing me over a mistake the call center had made. I informed her what had happened and that I had a medical issue that I'd like to fix. She immediately went back to the mistake the call center made and blamed me. I walked out and will NEVER come back to this clinic. I'm grossed out by Tran's unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. AVOID THIS CLINIC."

"I use to go here years ago, thought I would try it again when I found myself looking for a new primary care. First visit was wonderful, Dr Copus listened and was informative. Problem was when I wanted a script refilled 30 days later. Office staff said that I had to see the doc before getting a refill. I explained that I had just been there around 6 weeks before. Too bad, I had to go back. So scheduled an appointment only to arrive to a locked door. (I had a 9 am appointment) Apparently the front desk staff doesn't like to arrive early, but patients are told to be there early. When the doctor asked why I was there, I said because I was told you wouldn't fill my scripts unless I came in. That wasn't the case and no where in my chart did it say that. Love the doc, front end office staff is what is killing this place."
