"I've gone to this Dr. for years, great for chiro care and getting a dot physical too. Very professional, kind staff, great service. I like to save some money. Walk-in service is convenient, that's why people wait too. Seems there are a lot of cry baby truck drivers leaving low ratings. I guess they never had to wait at shippers/receivers either, lol."

"This is probably the shadiest “Dr” office I’ve ever seen. Avoid if at all possible. Ridiculous wait times and unsanitary. Also you’re likely to get mugged outside. You’re much better off going to DOT Physical Phoenix, it’s clean, nice, safe… I waited only 10 min to be seen as a walk in. And the price is the same..! $60 DOT physical."

"Great place to come get your DOT. The staff is super friendly and try to get you in and out asap. They are quite busy though, so expect to be there a couple hours. Great prices, cheaper than any other place I've seen by quite a lot."

"An astounding level of incompetence in the office staff! I have no idea how these people stay in business. I can't say anything about the doctor, I haven't even seen the doctor yet, but I made an appointment, came down here, had the paperwork all filled out, had to fill out the paperwork again, and then was told they have no record of my appointment, and they did not mention that they only take cash. Luckily, I had enough cash, but the office staff was nice enough to tell me I could walk down the street to Chase bank and get cash. Thanks a lot! I will do my damnedest to never come to this place again. Also, because they have no record of the appointment they told me I will be here for at least 3 hours, I have already been here for 1 hour. Then, she says the doctor might see me in 15 minutes. They couldn't even make up their mind about whether the wait would be 15 minutes or 3 hours. The office staff is unbelievably incompetent, and with absolutely no sympathy when they make a mistake, or anything else. They should pay me for this. And as you can see from the photos from inside the waiting room, with the bars on the doors and windows, this place is also in a wonderful neighborhood."
