"Would give zero stars if I could. A telephone medical provider that is incapable of answering any telephone, or even having any telephone #, is about the most negligent ridiculous & dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. DNT bother pretending u sell comprehensive care when u dn’t, u dn’t do anything but sell drugs, the same way a drug dealer does… Only possibly even more negligently & irresponsibly than the actual drug dealers, who at least make sure their customers are not going into Detox every other day if they can’t afford 2 pay in full that day or have 2 reschedule or cancel an appointment EVER in their lifetimes… Like Bicycle Health, come pay us like $300 a month 4 the convicted probationee experience! Even ur P.O will treat u more humanely than we will here at bicycle! Sign up now! This place continues 2 make it impossible 4 me 2 schedule appts., despite seeing a Dr. who tells me that SHE, KIMBERLY WINGUARD HERSELF, has SCHEDULED my apt at this date/time, only to realize a week later nothing was ever actually scheduled, at which point I try 2 once again, reach out & get in contact w/ the nonexistent admin team or w/e you call that lack of anything in an instant messenger that they have… I get a reply days later the night beforehand, that I have been committed to an apt this morning when they knew I’m not avail & have 2 remind them of a 5th time, at which pt. that then gets cancelled or treated as a ‘no show’ on my part, stacking absences against me, only 2 then be refused any therapy or drs. appts. while actively making a point 2 not tell me that they are refusing 2 schedule me & that’s why they’re ignoring my messages asking if/when they can schedule an appt. It’s like ‘mean girls’ characters have become my drs. I have to find out from my dr. when I’m actually in the appt. that the reason nobody responds is b/c everybody refuses 2 schedule me b/c apparently I have “canceled“ too many appointments. U know, all of those appts. that they schedule a week later, after failing 2 schedule the original apt. as discussed & agreed properly, as they had communicated 2 me the 1st time, yeah… Those other 2nd appts. that they scheduled w/o even talking 2 me or asking me if I was even available on those dates/times & then, when I am, as it turns out, not available… Apparently that is a no-show on my part & therefore I am just too inconvenient 2 be worth taking the time 2 see in exchange for the $300 a month I pay 4 my 2-3, 15 minute long video call visits… 2 months into ‘care’ here & there has not been a single therapy apt. & now today they tell me they’re discharging me, NO TAPER on medications w/ NO OTHER CARE LINED UP, && NO FOREWARNING OR NOTICE GIVEN. This “Dr.”, Kimberly Wingard here at Bicycle Health told me that ‘I need to be accountable 4 getting my drug tests in on time” - 2 which I reminded her & even showed her my records on HER own BICYCLE APP showing that not 1 of my tests has been turned in late, pointing out that the 1 in which she was referring to that day still showed 7 HOURS left before the test was due. THIS was her excuse 4 not communicating w/ me about scheduling my next apt., it was that SHE could not schedule my apt w/o seeing the results of a drug test that she didn’t even give 2 me, make avail., or schedule me 4, 4 another 7hrs. She was mad that she didn’t have u/a results in time resulting in me getting upset w/ them 4 lying 2 me about having scheduled an apt they knew they couldn’t schedule over a drug test THEY did not hand out to me in time to fit their own program rules. Rather than take accountability & say sorry 4 the mix up, next time we’ll assign the drug test sooner so we have results in time 4 ur apt., & will tell you if there are any problems w/ getting u scheduled… She went the corp way & told me it was my fault, they’re discharging me & don’t wish to see me suddenly out of nowhere, & that I need to be more accountable"

"Bicycle health has provided me with great treatment and a chance at a better life. It also is extremely convenient and saves me hours out of my day rather than having to go to an in person clinic and wait in lines for hours."

"You can do it from the comfort of your home. If it’s hard for you to dedicate the time to go into an office and do in person meetings this is perfect. I think that’s one thing that held me back from starting this sooner. I’m able to do my mom duties to my boys and take care of myself finally at the same time. They make it so easy it’s almost impossible to not stay healthy and focused on a better version of myself."

"Stop patting yourselves on the back! Bicycle is NOT saving lives. At first I thought this was a convenient and affordable alternative to in person visits until I needed to contact my doctor between appointments. Bicycle Health can only help if you need them Monday thru Friday 9-5. You cannot reach your doctor during normal business hours, after hours or on weekends. Any time I tried to reach out to my doctor about an issue, I had to spend 2-3 days getting my messages screened by CSR They treated me like I was a nuisance, sidestepped my questions, and NEVER put me in touch with my doctor. If you want a prescription and 15 minutes, once month, talking to your doctor then this is perfect for you. If you deviate from that schedule, you will be disappointed. On a positive note, they have a tremendous amount of support groups."

"Amazing experience. As scary as it is when needing help . Bicycle Health took that worry away . Instantly I knew I was in good hands. They got me right in to be seen. The doctor was very caring and nonjudgmental. She listened and reassured me she could help get through this. She explained the process step by step . I had an appointment with a counselor the next day also an amazing experience. I had a question a couple days in after starting my treatment and got a response back very quickly. I would recommend Bicycle Health if your wanting to get the help to get better.❤️"
