"Do you really think I would stay here do you want to know why well Jessie quit and now Miguel got hurt witch is my uncle and Ricky never does work they made my uncle be outside for hours even when it’s 117 degrees and no brake . Also my mom worked there in the office but now she is Fired because she told the manger that it was her fault . And the manger does not let Miguel use the tools he has to bye his own . Pls do not give this place a good review ."

Very friendly and any issues that arise while living here is taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family looking to rent in mesquite to this complex."

"I've only been inside the studio and the 1 bedroom and considering the price, I think they are very nice. The studio I was in had a beautiful walk in closet space connected to the bathroom that could accommodate a twin bed easily and what I've seen of the bedroom units is they are also beautifully spaced for the price they ask."

"I have been here for a year now and have only good things to say about the Bluffs. It's a very nice, clean and peaceful environment. From the management down to the maintenance team, they are always on top of things when things need to be repaired and do a great job in keeping these apartments maintained. When things need repaired, they are right on it as soon as I notify them. All the appliances in my apartment are in excellent condition. Also out of the few places I have lived in Mesquite throughout the years, the Bluffs do the best job keeping the apartments sprayed on a regular basis, and I have never had any major issues with insects the whole time I have lived here, every season of the year. I love the flooring, easy to keep clean and maintained, the layout, every part of this apartment. I also love that they do their best to keep a nice, peaceful atmosphere. Great job to you all, management team and maintenance team, and very friendly and professional, too!"

"Great place to live, management is very friendly and easy to work with. I did my best to maintain and respect the place I RENTED and when I moved out my fees were very reasonable. (Others should try that) I can't speak for every building and everyone else, but for the 2-3 years I lived in building #2, I never had a roach problem. They did have a bug contractor spraying every unit frequently, which helps a lot but speaking from common sense, you yourself have to keep your place clean to keep them out. (Should try that out too) Overall, great place to live, I had great neighbors for the majority of the time I was there, never had an issue with the management, very reasonable price for what I rented and always very peaceful! I would definitely go back. Thank you personally to Management for making my experience here a wonderful one."
