"The absolute worst place I've ever stayed. We stayed for 3 nights. It's definitely being remodeled so it's just the room, no pool, etc. They have a list of things to do/clean before check out, which we did, but they charged a cleaning fee a month after we left. When we called customer service, they couldn't even locate our reservation. Would not stay again!"

"From my understanding is a new place. Used to be an old motel but has been refurbished, remodeled and looks nice. Looked like they were still working on it. It's near shopping, casinos, gas and movies. We weren't part of the time share association so can't comment on that but overall cozy and nice."

"Timeshare resort near to Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Good place to stay to visit all the attractions. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom with great shower, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We swopped our points for a 1 bed flat here. The furniture is a bit scuffed and the flat in need of an upgrade, but it was a comfortable place to stay over."

"My family has owned this time share for over 20 years. It used to be the place to stay in mesquite. Now it’s one of the worst places to stay in mesquite if not the worst. Staines, holes and rips in carpet. Very outdated kitchen appliances in the condos. Our pull out bed/couch had wrappers, peanuts and tissue in the bed when pulled out to use! Talk about disgusting! I am so embarrassed to even take people to stay here ever again! I would like to know where everybody's maintenance fees that they pay every year goes to. Because it definitely don’t go to updating and cleaning the timeshare. This place has gone down hill! They have had the office close for at least a year now and you still have to go over to Casablanca to check in! They were supposed to be redoing carpets but they have yet to do that either. When asked about cleaning the carpets they proceeded to say that they can’t find anybody to hire to come in and clean the carpets. The board members have been very rude when we have called to make complaints. They proceeded to say if we are not happy then we can just stop paying and and no longer have the time share. I think that this place has gone downhill due to the people on the board not caring about the property. It’s very sad how this place has gone down hill so bad."

"We are sorry but this site needs more staff to keep it running well. It has a great pool. The rooms are nice but the air conditioners are noisy and need to be maintained. The elevator access is great. The water in our bathroom was always hot, never cold. The ice machine worked well. It was very clean but some things didn't work like the toaster. There is a beautiful pathway between buildings. Wonderful pillows and towels. Site needs some updating."
