"The rooms were spacious and clean, we got a room on the ground floor with a door that opened to the back street and it was quite nice. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because all the crockery and cutlery during breakfast were disposable, and I find this unacceptable in this day and age. I never thought Holiday Inn and IHG hotels would care so little about the environment. The amount of trash produced after breakfast was just sad... I really hope they reconsider this practice. I'm sure they can find another solution."

"I had a great stay ! The staff was awesome and helpful and Carlos was at the top of that list ! He got us checked in and was helpful through out the entire stay answering questions and helping we’re ever he could made us feel at home ! The kids and parents all appreciated Carlos and the staff and we all loved the location and the cleanliness and the service of the hotel . Carlos and the team went above and beyond and we will definitely be back ."

"Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, free good breakfast, dog-friendly, and convenient location not too far from the highway for a long road trip. Only negatives were the slow elevator and cosmetic damage to some furniture/decor in the room. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is the first negative review in my life as I like to call out positives, and not the negative in the world. That ends now unfortunately. We have stayed there multiple times over the last 7 years. But the last 2 years have been terrible. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FOR SPORTS TOURNEMENTS BE ADVISED THEY TURN THE HEAT OFF ON THE POOL to keep people out if it. Last year they didn't heat the pool. It felt ice cold. Oh well and gave them the benefit of doubt. I did address it with staff and didn't even get an apology or explanation however. Then 3 months ago I called and asked if the pool would be heated for the weekend we were coming. I was told yes. I called a week before arrival and asked if the pool was heated. I again was told yes it will be. The day of check in I asked if the pool was heated and they said it would be the following day as they did have a mechanical issue. Great I thought. Well they never did turn it on and was told that the GM didn't want players and families in there this weekend. So for 2 years running I had disappointed children, and was lied too. Then again when I addressed it with the desk staff, there was no apology, and zero willingness to compensate for their false claims. (unless I became one of their members.... Why would I? Seriously....) Compounding all that, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair all around the toilet, no hand soap at the sink, and no liners in the garbage cans. I have always been willing to pay more, they aren't the cheapest for sure, but after 2 years of lies and zero acceptance of responsibility I'm done. Never again."
