"We were visiting from out of town and my daughter needed care. The staff was friendly and she was seen shortly after we arrived. She needed antibiotics, but since it was so close to the holidays we were given a "just in case" prescription for a more rigorous anti biotic. Sure enough, on Christmas Eve my daughter's cellulitis was so bad she couldn't walk and collapsed crying if we accidentally touched her injury. We were able to pick up stronger antibiotics without worrying about another appointment, and her condition was bad enough that we resolved to take her to the ER if she didn't improve by the next night. Fortunately, her infection spontaneously began to drain the night of christmas when we started packing up to leave. I'm so grateful we were prepared for the worst case scenario and didn't have to spend Christmas in the ER."

"First time coming here. Checked in, did my payment to noticed that 2 people that came in after me went in first before I did. And I had an appointment too. Didn't even get an apology for it. Didn't called me for another 25min after I complained. If I wouldn't have say anything they wouldn't have noticed their own mistake! So much for an appointment and checking in. Then proceeded to say that a certain medicine is not approved and can't give me anything, they just confirmed that i have the influenza. So I came over to wait and gave them my money to not help me."

"Got my DOT physical staff was nice the NA was very knowlegable. The practitioner was clear on what DOT is looking for why certain test were conducted and areas I could improve with my C Pap Machine! It was simple and clear and did not take long at all!"

"Easy to make an appointment online. Check in process was easy. Wait time from when we checked into seeing the doctor for a reasonable for being on a holiday. Listen to our concerns asked what we’ve done to help with my son‘s cough already. Gave us different options on treatment. As well as letting me know that my preferred pharmacy was closed for the holiday and they would still send it to that pharmacy if I wanted it or I could send it to a different pharmacy that was open 24 hours. Which I thought was great. If ever need an urgent care again, I would go to nextcare at this location at 39th Ave & Greenway"
