"Have spent the last couple weeks continuously calling to follow up on appts that had been discussed with my doctor on my previous visit and gotten nowhere. Each employee at the "patient assistance center" has proved to be working against the title of their job. Apart from being extremely unhelpful, they have also managed to hang up on me nearly every time i call - usually after having waited 10-20 minutes to even get them on the phone. No one can tell me anything about my results and when i requested a nurse to call back for clarification, it took her over two weeks. Was initially optimistic because this was one of the better experiences I've had with a doctor, but after that it's been a nightmare. All i know is this is not how medical care should be"
