"The NP gave me a TB test on Friday and schedule me on Monday for the reading. When I showed up to my appointment it was closed. When I called the 800 number they said it was my responsibility to get my test read and I should have went to another clinic instead of calling them. I told them I was on hold so long that my test expired. They stated that online it says I can go to any CVS to get it read. I ask them to hold so I can find online he hung up on me."
"While the clinic will keep you waiting until the cows come home for an appointment, don't be 8 minutes late as your appointment will have been cancelled and "they don't care"."
"Stephanie is amazing! Very informative caring and helpful. I had visited this clinic for a DOT Physical so I can change my career path and she is the simply amazing in everything she does. I did not pass right away but to health concerns and as they got addressed she was extremely helpful thought the whole process. Between her and Lori in Goodyear I can Recommend them both. The new health hubs are the place to go I do not understands all the below reviews being so negative 5 stars all the way!!!!"
"Had an appointment scheduled for a follow-up TB test reading at 9:30am. My name was on the screen and I had a printed paper copy of my appointment. When I arrived at 9:20am I had not received the confirmation email that was supposed to be sent. I notified the Nurse Practitioner about it, who saw me 2 days ago and made the appointment. I was told I would be seen next. A man walked in after my appointment time, was listed after me, but was seen before me. So I ended up waiting for one hour, for their IT error......for a 15 minute appointment. I will say that NP Wolz was both professional and friendly, I appreciated her service with a smile."
"Not happy with my 1st minute clinic visit at this location. Called #, which said they do not allow u to sign up to be seen 15 minutes before closing. I get there at a little before 7. All the slots are taken. But the person in line ahead of me got tired of waiting so he canceled his slot with 15 mins left before closing. We wait 30mins (ttl time) or so...only to have the minute clinic provider come out at 725p and tell me they stop allowing people to sign up after 7pm. Thats not what the recording said nor the website, which says even tho all the slots are taken for the day walk ins are still welcome. Well i guess they are not welcome. I wasted over 30mins of time with a child that needed to be seen for allergies. She didnt even ask what i needed to be seen for. First impressions are everything. I will not be back. I will just save time and go to the urgent care if I cant get to my primary care physician."
