I have to say, the warehouse staff at Procraft are by far super attentive, diligent and customer service oriented! Steven, Fernando, and Arrami are always there to help AND most important to me, they are great people who are grateful for their jobs! Our orders are always in order and ready on time and they are incredible in assisting me with loading it up! If there are any issues, they resolve it quickly! "BUYER BEWARE!! Poor quality cabinets with a “warranty” program that’s laughable. Read the fine print on the warranty before you spend your hard earned money on these cheaply manufactured cabinets. We spent $11k on cabinets for our new kitchen on a style that is apparently “discontinued”. One warehouse employee and one front office employee told us this cabinet line was being discontinued because they were defective. After our cabinet installer installed our cabinets, there are cracks in almost every cabinet door face (33 of them) and several drawer fronts. Four of the doors are severely warped and don’t close properly. We had a Procraft employee Jason (I believe it’s the sales man who didn’t want to give up a commission) come out to our house and he said these cracks are “completely normal” for their product. He said that “wood cracks” and especially with the mitered edges of our cabinet style. These cabinets feel like plastic. We had actual wood cabinets with mitered edges for 8 years previously and never had any issues. The only help he offered was a putty stick and offered to steam room our warped doors to try to get them to lay flat. Surprise, surprise! That steam option was a joke and the warped doors stayed warped. He also tried to blame it on our installer, after checking to see if the cabinets were level with our 6-foot level, he backed off that theory, but refused to acknowledge that this is a faulty product. We’re extremely disappointed. We understand $11k may not be a lot to procraft, but it was for our family. UPDATE- the response to our review said they “appreciate the opportunity to rectify the situation”. We have not received any correspondence directly from the company. They have not done anything to rectify the situation."
