"Better prices than uptown especially since you can leave and come back the same day. Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that kids aren't able to go behind the play structure like uptown so its easier to know where they're at. I noticed staff members enforcing some safety rules which I appreciated. Couple things to consider: the music in the women's restroom is LOUD. I dont understand why its that loud in there. And the biggest suggestion i have is for staff to give a 5 minute warning or announce when their dragon comes out. Having the lights go off so suddenly while your child is playing was scary and seems kinda dangerous too. We thought the power went out and kids were screaming so loud! I was not the only parent that immediately stood up ready to go get my kid out of there! Also my son got a bad cut on the pink slide due to the section of the parts of the slide. I also got a nice cut on my forehead because I crawled right into a padded pole. (My fault). Overall we will definitely return. But I hope they take some of these suggestions into consideration."

"I would say good for little kids as well as adults to have some fun time with kids!!! Wish it could be more playing stuffs!!! Also add some pizza and wings to menu will be great"

"I’ll be damned. They actually hired staff that have happy smiles and were happy to see customers. It’s currently $20 per kid, it includes entry for 2 adults. Entry is for all day with re-entry privileges. So you can leave for lunch and come back. Adults are welcome to enter the play area but it’s not really made for adults, expect to duck and crawl. It has extra activities but they cost extra like the motorized race carts, air hockey and table soccer. The dance area is cool but needs things like beach balls or maybe staff can host a dance off every hour or so - otherwise the dance room didn’t seem utilized much. They have a toddler only area - that’s a nice to have. They have huge amount of seating areas for the adults - they can probably remove some and put in some treadmills, that would be nice for adults like me that don’t want to just sit."
