Sugar Factory - Glendale

"I don’t know where to begin! Love the music!! The vibe in this restaurant is exactly what we were looking for, for date night. We sat at the bar and my boyfriend and I were served by Paradise. He was super helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the experience. But the star of the night was the manager, KELLY!!! She was so playful but also doing her job diligently and I am so glad to meet her during our first visit! We will definitely be back to visit her and her friendly staff very soon. Thank you! P.S. the Caramel Apple shots are to die for!"

"Wow, I'm not sure if we caught them on an off day or what. The club music is too loud to have a conversation. We asked to sit outside and they seemed inconvenienced. The outdoor tables were very wobbly. I tried to order chicken and waffles, but I was told they were out of chicken thighs and were using chicken tenders instead. I changed my order to something different. My son ordered the famous rainbow sampler sliders and when we asked where the signature duck (in the advertised photo) was, we were told they were out of them. I decided to have a bloody Mary and ordered it with lemons and bacon. It was brought to me with limes and no bacon, and they explained that the bacon was cooking and they were out of lemons. Each dish came out separately with a significant delay between them. The delay was so bad that we couldn't all eat at the same time. The final dish (pancakes) was supposed to arrive after everyone had already eaten, so we tried to cancel it. We reluctantly accepted them in a to-go box. Couldn't they make simple pancakes during brunch hours? Out of chicken, lemons, and signature duck? It was not a great experience, and we will not be going back. The waitress was friendly, and the manager apologized for the issues and only took off a measly 10% from the bill, even after including the cold pancakes to-go. I would not recommend it."

"We ate at the Glendale, AZ location on 2/3/2024 and wanted to share our experience. This was our first time coming to the Sugar Factory and we were blown away by our server. My husband and I have eaten at many restaurants from upscale steakhouses to diners. Hands down this was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. She was professional, personable and very hardworking. Not only can she dance but she enjoys her job and it’s evident. The menu is extensive and she didn’t rush us one time while we were making our decisions. We had such an amazing anniversary dinner and it was solely due to the experience our server delivered. The food was exceptional and we enjoyed our drinks and meal. Before we even left the restaurant we made reservations to come back again. This server needs to be recognized because she is a very valuable employee in this company. We want to thank her for truly being one of the best we have had in a very long time. The servers name was, India. Thank you"

"This place is lit. The dancers (staff) and the individual behind the music is alright with me. I love to be entertained. Now to the food. We ordered the surf and turf, turkey club, and two drinks. My husband said the surf and turf were five stars. My turkey club was ok, and the drinks were good, but a lot to drink. They were short-staffed, but they handled business."

"Such a neat experience. Staff is upbeat! Drinks are great. Chicken sandwich is very tasty. Mac n cheese pops were amazing! Options are a plenty. Lots of photo ops too!"
