"Used to be a five star, beginning to run down very poorly. We were waiting for an hour and a half for the ropes to open up to plan on. Either they are not staffing enough people or the staff just didn’t care. Why pay for a play experience if you can’t access the play areas."

"Great place. My kids love it. But over the last couple month not sure why they stopped caring for this place. Needs to be cleaned and broken games need to ne fixed. The fire truck car speeding. Does not work."
"Very nice place for kids to let off some steam! My son absolutely loved it! I love there are so many places for parents to sit and watch, or you can pay a bit extra to join in on the fun. The lounge was a great feature as well, with massage seats, TV and free Wi-Fi."
