"I saw Dr. Joesph/Joe/Joey Simon for a psych eval and I have rarely felt less heard. From talking over me, to not listening to what I said, to talking to me like I'm a total idiot, and I honestly don't need nor want to go to any type of behavioral health to be made to feel worse than my brain already tells me. Dr. Simon makes me really wonder if I want any of my care done at MHC since he was so unprofessional to me. Contacted MHC as well with info and no response. Makes me feel completely uncared for here."

"We just got moved to the Dove Mountain location from the main location and the staff is amazing and so friendly and I have the BEST DR. Jennifer Carlie is amazing she cares and listens to you and I have been seeing her for over 8 years and I would not change for the world."

"Unfortunately my therapist or social worker Rocio Angulo or Rocio Fonseca (not sure if they are the same) does not care and provided me with dishonest information. She said I could call her between our appointments. The last several weeks did not return any of my phone calls. Why make a client waste their time? Why she did not acknowledge this? If a client is there is because a client needs services. This adds to client’s feelings of rejection, abandonment, pain, hurt, sadness, etc. At some point she said she could not even answer my emails. This needs to be told from the beginning. I am not sure she was being honest. She said due to confidentiality could not even answer my emails but they sent me automatic emails and texts with appointment reminders. Rocio needs to be careful of how her actions and potential lies affect client’s mental health."

"Hispanic women receptionists were extremely rude and impolite. They were acting like me trying to check in was an inconvenience and a burden to them. One of the receptionists kept talking to me in a very rude, angry, and upset tone. She also kept going in the back where her and the other woman kept snickering and laughing at me. Completely disrespectful. They acted like they hated their jobs and hated being there. They also didn’t have any IVs at this location."
