"DO NOT GO HERE. I live an hour away and was refused medical care for my sis in law with my mother in laws written consent and they refused service. The front desk lady was so rude and didn’t even try to help. Again I live an hour away they rescheduled to a later time that day so I went home and drove another hour that’s already two hours worth of driving with a toddler. As I come in for the appointment I was late A MINUTE and the front office lady was not nice or understanding about my situation even after explaining. I was so frustrated because they made me drive THREE HOURS, had my toddler get a diaper rash from sitting in the car for so long and didn’t even bother to ask the back if my sister in law could be seen. Then I ask to speak with a manager and I waited 15 minutes and nobody came out. SO FRUSTRATING. DO NOT GO HERE OR EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME IF YOURE A PERSON OF COLOR. THEY’RE ONLY NICE TO WHITE PEOPLE AND NOT PEOPLE OF COLOR. SO MAD"

"My 80 year old mother just moved to AZ to live with me. Here insurance stuck me with Veronica. It was imperative to get her evaluated and entered as a new patient. As a new patient she they would not see her until Mid-February. I explained medications are making her more sick due to Doctors just piling meds and the side effects making her sick. Apparently, if she was an existing patient they might be able to fit her in right away, but again as a new patient with immediate need, they refused to see her sooner. I said I will take whatever openings they had including cancellations. Still they said no! There is a process she said, and would not work with me to get my mother seen sooner. I was told of another Dr (one who actually cares) and they were able to provide a next day slot. We could not make that timeframe and were immediately provided an alternate time for next week. WOW! Real community service! This Dr. has a higher rating than Veronica. I say Veronica cause a REAL Doctor would care more about the community and especially seniors in need of care and evaluation of medications and such. I would not want to go to anyone I can't see for over 2 months. Find another Doctor. No matter how good she might be, won't matter if you can't get in to see her. Quick Care... Yeah Right... What a Joke!!! Go somewhere else,"

"The dentists here, Dr Alt, Sosa, Hollaron, and Flink are skilled in dentistry. Treatment plans are created and worked through with good quality. I've had successful treatment for cavitys, crowns and root canal procedures. The dentists are also willing to listen to concerns and investigare issues that are brough up by patients. There is a strong effort."

"Don’t come here. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had as a patient here. The Nurse Practitioner Consuelo Moore was very rude, condescending, and nasty. She didn’t want to answer any questions or speak to me. I asked her for a certain antibiotic, she refused to prescribe. -understandable, she has her reasons. But she told me multiple times to go somewhere else. Then told me to commit medical fraud at my work place hospital and have my doctor co workers prescribe it for me. Which is against our hospital policy. I explained to her for that to happen I would have to be admitted as a patient under them. - she disagreed. It was an awful experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I treat patients at another facility and NEVER talked to anyone like this lady talked to me."

"I went in for a fetal ultrasound to find out the sex of my baby. My spouse was a little late, and was told he could not come back to the room where I was getting the US. My spouse was not being loud or threatening to the receptionist, but she had the worst attitude, horrible communication skills and rude facial expressions towards him and then threatened him with security, so he left. I did not catch her name, but this receptionist was by far the rudest person on this earth. She completely ruined a happy occasion for our family."
