"They are great with my kids we love the staff !"
"Hate this place and everything about it. Staff doctors suport people are just awful. Phones ring and no one answers. Joke of a company in so many ways."
"Place is ran by bullies was picking up medicine at the pharmacy was told to leave or else and they even had security officers there as well I just left didn't want to escalate a situation worse for there sake now I get my medicine at another pharmacy never been treated like a criminal before will never go there again those people are rude and a bunch of bullies"
"First time at this Clinic and no complain about the Entity at all. This is about Dr. Preciado, she needs to understand that when you place a last time minute appointment, you as patient don't know which is the Clinic/Doctor that have an open schedule and their duties as Pediatric or Adult Doctor. She repeated several times she don't attend kids 18 or over and saying that was not our problem, that was the system problem, however, the Parent or Patient don't need to know her complain or frustration about her specialty age span. Also, either she is pediatric or not, the human body is the same, regardless the age. I believe The Clinic Administration have their policies of what their employees can disclose or talk, and she clearly cross the boundaries and being upset as I saw on her face expression and acting unprofessional challenging of what I was talking to my daughter about getting also, Covid vaccine, that her self either recommended. Thanks"
"Everyone here is rude, Drs are overwhelmed with patients so can never get in. Then an appointment was made with a substitute Dr to discuss new medicine but the Dr they gave me doesn't deal with any of what I needed so waste of my time, then the nurse got an attitude when I said "well why did they give me this Dr then?" And told me "well the people at the front desk don't listen you have to say this this n this" I said "well that's not right they shouldn't do that it causes issues for the patients" still having an attitude she tells me " well they've been told not to but they don't listen" like how is that anyway of running any kind of business especially a medical facility. Will be finding a new provider asap."
