"I recently visited the Goodwill on 22nd and Country Club, and I must say, it was quite an experience. The first hiccup was that they were completely out of baskets during my entire visit. I had to improvise using a rolling desk chair and a decorative basket to carry my finds. The store's appearance was also less than impressive. Clothing cluttered the floor, making navigation a challenge. It seemed like someone had abruptly abandoned their cleaning duties - a broom was left in the middle of the aisle, and dust was scattered all around, as if the cleaner had vanished mid-sweep. Given these issues, a one-star rating felt justified. However, I decided to be generous and bumped it up to two stars, primarily because of the cashier, who was a sweetheart. Hopefully, the store can address these concerns and provide a more organized and cleaner shopping experience in the future."
