"Had to play phone tag for weeks to just get the appointment then had it scheduled for 230 didn't see the doctor till 4... Horrible schedule horrible customer care and they rush u out even though it's their fault for over booking..."

"Ophthalmologist is excellent. The people that sell and measure for glasses are not so good. They are In too big of a hurry, no help in finding suitable frames, focus was off last year, lines in wrong place in my line of sight. I returned twice and was told I would get used to it. Just don't seem to care."

"No competition locally allows this office to maintain large appointment schedules and tight office space. Office is conveniently located which is why I gave 2 stars. I have noticed in my personal appointment and in the lobby everyone’s complaints say they feel rushed and not properly evaluated. As for my first and last experience with this location I must agree, the initial assistant in black scrubs who did initial tests actually had it correct. When the optometrist came in to double check her evaluation and did his own personal evaluation I was provided a script that was eventually incorrect and useless. Two optometrists in Vegas gave second and third opinion which both in my opinion was in line with the initial assistants evaluation at Western. I returned to Western Medical and Eye today and handed back to the front desk the useless script and expressed my concern. This concern was answered with “would you like him to reevaluate”, I said no due to the fact I got it done out of pocket already but please thank the assistant as her expertise was appreciated, I was met with “we are busy today”. This location has caused me personally a significant amount of financial damage along with wasting my time. I believe if they slowed down, opened a second location, listened to their patients they would be even more successful. But as of today my recommendation is to shut down, be removed from the networks, regroup, change name, open back up with new policy’s. Patients first…."
