"If I could rate this dealership a minus 100, I would. Let me explain: it's 7:00 p.m. on a Friday, and we pull in because mom has been looking for a cargo van she can convert into a living space for a while now. She spots a Ford cargo van on their lot way off in the corner and quickly pulls into the dealership to check it out. We get out and we look at it just from the outside, we didn't open any doors or lift the hood we were merely looking at it from the outside. Then out of nowhere, Mr Ford salesman is upon us with a frown on his face and he isn't happy! Mom, who is 82 years old, turns to him and inquires about this van, and all he says is, "That van is already sold", and then "We already have $30,000 deposit taken on that van, so I would prefer you do not touch it"! Then he turns around and quickly disappears from our sight! WOW, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE, ANDERSON FORD! NOT! He never even asked us what kinda car we were looking for, he didn't offer to show us something else! So we hopped back in our car and drove away! That's 3 lost sales for this business! I guess Anderson Ford doesn't need the money!"

"We had an unfortunate incident with our Ford product while we were on the road. We are originally from Michigan. Nick the service advisor and got our car looked at right away. Fortunately, they were unable to fix it because they did not have a transmission tech on site and had to send the car to their other affiliated dealership. As far as customer service goes, I am a retired, Ford employee and owned over 50 new ford products. Out of all dealers this was the best experience I’ve had with a service advisor.
