WARMC Outpatient Imaging 1245 Hancock Road, Bullhead City, AZ 86442

"Not sure where to start, but the main thing is trying to speak to someone on the phone at this facility if you have a question. At the registration desk I told them I would have pre-registered but the call back number I was given rang once and disconnected every time I tried to call, “oh yeah that’s Tucson we heard there was a problem calling them”. I said “well I tried to call here and it rang 7-8 times and disconnected several times”. Her response “we are so short handed always. We answer calls but can only answer one at a time.” The rad tech that did my X-rays name was Amber, she deserves kudos for her professional mannerism and care. She is an asset to this facility. Thank you Amber. Administration needs to fix the problem with not being able to reach people on phone."

"Terribly unprofessional and rude. Every time I go back I think somehow things will have improved, only to be sorely mistaken. Front desk staff do not know how to talk to people in a professional and courteous manner. Coming from a WARMC employee, it's astounding that the administration has not taken any actions to fix these ongoing issues. Avoid this location at all costs!"

"GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! They make you feel like an inconvenience. They are rude, they are unorganized and unprofessional. First the person at the front desk hates her job, she is so rude, no friendliness in her voice whatsoever. This is my THIRD time attempting to get a mammogram after we discovered a couple masses during my first Mammogram at Valley View. My oncologist requesterld a new images and ultra sounds. The first time I was ready to go at the machine, gowned up & all. They stopped because they didn't have a copy of my first Mammogram. After many attempts to make an another appointment, (the phones are impossible to get through on!) And I showed up for my next appointment and was told I didn't have one, however there is a entry on patient portal saying I did. My oncologist made this appointment for me through email, and so far, I just checked in am already disappointed. For a sensitive test like this, you would expect the receptionist to have a slightly positive attitude, not make me feel like I am an inconvenience..."

"Horrible place to go to. Staff won't return calls to schedule an a appointment. Left many messages for over a week. When I finally got a hold of Briana in scheduling she said she was too busy to call me back & that I was a problem. Disrespectful staff. Unfortunately at this time this is the only imaging center to go to in Bullhead City. This system to have staff return your calls for an appointment is an absolute failure."
