"Don't know Dr. Proctor... Think he's been in surgery every time I've been there. Hoping I don't need to see him? My issues are benign, so I had NP Michael the first few visits and he did a good job freezin all my sun spots n growths. Had a new referral today to finish up a mole and freeze some new spots. Adrian took care of that for me and got me some itch creme for my neuropathy. He took the time to look me over thoroughly and address all my spots n moles. Took pics to compare at follow up visits. I was outside in a half hour. I went to another dermatology place here in Bullhead first and it was not good. They were milking my Insurance. Calling me in for appointments and saying they didn't have the cream for the treatment. Wasted trip...they should have cancelled. They also tried to Bill my insurance for an uncertified practitioner. Suggest going to Adrian, a good value for your time/benefits."

"Good, but they need better coordination with people enter when they have an appointment. My wife had an appointment for 10:15 am. Other people who came for later appointments were attended to before her. We both complained about her being ignored and the reason given was ridiculous. She waited almost 2 hours. I went and really got upset with them, told them to give me my records and my wife's records. She asked why and I repeated what had taken place and she said wait a minute. She got my wife right in and all she needed was new precription which took about about 5 minutes. The front desk people need retraining."

"I went for a yearly skin check late last year. I definitely was nervous as it was my first one and I expected my entire body to be throughly looked over. Long story short, he did not even have me undress. If you ask me he did a dis service to me by not providing the most through exam. He definitely got paid from my insurance but as far as I know, I should have undressed and he should’ve examined my entire body. He didn’t even lift up my shirt to look at my stomach. I have moles on my breast that he did not see because he didn’t have me undress. So I have no idea how that is a through exam. Definitely go somewhere else!!"

"First off my appointment was 0830 and came at 0800 filled out paperwork for first time and was very happy I got in on time. DR. Ryan Proctor in my opinion knows what he's talking about and it was so quick to shave some moles and a problem mole and in one appointment. It's nice to go to a doctor who knows his profession. Quick, easy, fast for my visit. Very happy. I did recommend my mother to this office."

"My buddy had a bunch of little growths that refused to heal. After looking at it, Dr Ryan diagnosed it as a carcinoma. Lab testing confirmed this. Dr Ryan removed it and did a great job of patching the remaining hole. My buddy is an 83 year old man who does not heal easily. The stitches were neat and well placed, the concern for pain and potential infection very professional. Familly was welcomed to be in the room during the procedure and even though this took hours of effort, just a day later my buddy was up at at his normal activities in good spirits. I am gratified at this office's care and concern for their patients, their response to people with mobility issues, and senior patients. I heartily recommend trust in this office and it's physicians. My buddy is a happy man, and I am pleased at his recovery from such a serious diagnosis!"
