Reviews
"Dr Ramadan is wonderful, he listens to what you say and provides with information that you can understand and he definitely shows that he genuinely cares and has your best interest his priority. Pam is great, she's kind, knowledgeable, and has my kind of sense of humor"
"Dr. Ramadan gets 10 stars. His billing clerk gets ZERO. They bill my insurance incorrectly, threatened me with collections and then fought with my insurance company who was trying to help them bill correctly. My co-worker with same insurance has never had an issue. Love the doctor, but this is way too stressful. I'll just use teladoc. 1/17/23 - received call from Jamie in this office. I guess they didn't like my review. Perhaps should have worked with my insurance company when they tried to help you. I've filed a complaint with the medical board. Dropped stars due to this call."
"Pam is amazing. Always listens to you and goes out of her way to help you. That office could not run without her. Dr Ramadan has helped us many times. Thank you...."
"Pam gave me inaccurate billing information prior to a 10 minute phone call appointment with Dr. Ramadan, stating that my specific insurance would cover it. Then she sent me a bill for $250! Again, this was for a phone call. Pam was rude when I called back, and unwilling to take responsibility for the misquote or help me out with the billing in any way. A better business bureau report has been filed, beware of this clinic."
"Dr. Ramadan and Pam are both really good people. Look at the bad reviews below... neither is even written in proper English. They're both likely fake and if they're not, they only went there once. I am treated very well and I constantly get pulled back earlier than my appointment. You're not just a number to them..."
