"I was in a routine checkup. Lisa Blasko, always makes me feel comfortable, and she listens. I tend to ramble a lot and she remains attentive, and answers my questions. I feel like she cares about me as a patient. After the appointment she had the office call me to make sure I got some test results and was getting the proper referrals I needed."

"My new Dr was a 360 degree turn from the abusive one before. I spoke with the manager and said she was removed and that my complaints on my surveys and calls were heard. I want to thank you for this as I had not been back to any Dr. since and did not know where to go as I had changed ins. So as a last resort I called you back to see if you took and ask not to see her again and was scared to come back. This wa a much more relaxed and pleasant visit than any previously."

"This is for both my husband and myself. The initial visits were good it's the follow-up where you guys fail miserably. My husband was prescribed medication.. when we went to pick the medication up pharmacy never received the prescription. When we were leaving the doctor's office we asked for the prescription and she said oh you don't need it that it will be sent electronically. Well guess what? There is no record of a prescription in his file. My doctor couldn't taking time to fill out my file properly from my office visit.There are no notes in my file as to the reason for referring me to a urogynecolgist. When the referral department got the order they referred me to a gynecologist who could not have helped me with the issues that I'm having.. her failure to do the paperwork properly has resulted in a waste of everybody's time. It's now the weekend and my husband can't get his medication and I have to start all over with referral. God help us if there's something seriously wrong with us. We put our lives in your hands and this is how you treat people's lives. I'm appalled and shocked and scared."

"Felicia has been going there for more than 10 yrs. I love this Dr. Office. The only thing I dislike, is that the Dr.s don't stay very long at this facility . The staff is awesome. The Dr.s Felicia's have had are awesome, as well. Thank you all for the great service, you provide. :)"
