"Went for exam 3 weeks ago coming from Yuma and have not been reimbursed for travel called 8 times to transportation to be hung up on every time. Called travel section can't make contact can't leave voice-mail either. This is absolute incompetence at the highest level."
"Pat and Dana the maternity care coordinators are by far the best people I have ever meant!!! They care so much about you and baby, they are on top of everything calling you to make sure you’re doing okay and that all your care is covered. Never have to worry about a bill or any complications. And they have some amazing women who put together a super nice baby shower bin for their veteran pregnant women! They really have made this pregnancy easy as far as healthcare and bills go."
"My dad recently had surgery and had to stay one night in the ICU. Our family was highly impressed with not only the customer service but the knowledge of all of the staff. His doctor, Dr. Wang, and his vascular team kept us updated on everything we needed to know. His ICU nurse, Simona, was a gem. We are extremely happy with the care my dad received. Kudos to this medical center!"
"Recently brought my father in law to the VA ER... They got him in quickly and the doctors and nurses were spectacular! Kind, caring, helpful and responsive. He had to be transferred to another hospital, and they went above and beyond to find a hospital that would be able to provide the care he needed. I can't say enough great things for the staff here."
"Waiting rooms are a great place to wait and hear folks talk about their heroics. Also it is pride month … perhaps the reason why a few car’s that aren’t straight stopped by the handicap area? Thanks for the service."
