"I guess having a little organ removed constitutes major surgery, as I wound up staying overnight for two nights. I was well taken care of! Check-in was a breeze. The staff there were friendly and informative. My nurses, Sarah and Natalie, along with Lorena and Carlos, treated me with kindness and respect. Not impatient with me at all. Outside of my room, I could hear the interactions between the staff and they all seemed very respectful and friendly toward each other. Unfortunately, my doc insisted I stay on a liquid diet, so I can't review the food. My husband had lunch in the cafeteria and said it was great, though!"

"Very successful appointment. I received professional and expert treatment for a condition I have been dealing with for more than a year. I have to travel more than an hour and a half one way to get to this wound center and I have gladly scheduled another appointment to follow up on my progress because I was so happy and impressed with my care.The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. To anyone needing the services of a wound center, I would say that I’m sorry you need their services but rest assured you will be in very good hands!"

"Went here for my once every decade Colonoscopy. The staff here are great. Dr. Ramos is very caring and does a thorough examination. I woke up a little groggy which is expected. The most challenging part of this procedure is the prep of drinking clear fluids the day prior and consuming the solution which cleans your colon. Being in the care of staff at Banner Health made this ordeal less worrisome. I wouldn’t think of having this done anywhere else next time."

"I had neck spine surgery here. My surgeon was great. The beginning of my stay here was good. Until after surgery waited in recovery for room from 11 till 8pm. Then when in room communications between day and night staff was not good. They did not control my pain and I waited 40 min to go to bathroom after pressing button for assistance. There was a few good people who work here and helped while I was there. But I was unhappy with my overall care here. My surgeon was great I feel happy about end result of surgery. Maybe hospital would be better is there was better communication"
