"Sat here and waited with a deep deep laceration on my foot only to be told.. while you were waiting for 12 hours it closed so were going to send you home with antibiotics... didnt even clean the wound... i swear on everything if my foot is infected im lawyering up and suing you.. i came here from a banner urgent care with a referral because it was too deep for urgent care to handle, and it was never even looked at until right now at 1033 am xmas eve. Been here since 1030 last night and from 8-10 at urgent care.. absolutely disgusting service"
