"*update* nobody has reached out and everyone I talk to says their hands are tied and it is wrong what Verizon is doing. Your own employees say this. I told them to quit and walk out and not work for a garbage company that doesn't care as they lie and steal. Taking it further up the ladder till there is no other option then I will do it my way Almost 6 months and never fixed any problems. I tried. About 200 calls and couple dozen visits to multiple stores. Nobody can't give any answer just keep paying and we will credit you every month. Not how business works. Never again"

"I've been in several Verizon stores across the country and Ashley tops them all. She did a great job of helping us choose devices and plan/add-ons. I've always gotten good service but she went above and beyond and that's saying something today. Also, I get a cell signal where other's do not. "
