"I usually love this store, and do not like to complain, but I had such a poor experience here, dealing with one of the rudest employees I have ever met. I didn’t think I was asking for much, but asking someone to not turn their back on me as I approached them was too much to ask of them today. And I don’t understand or appreciate the sarcastic tone that I got from multiple employees. Respect used to be a hallmark of retail stores, even when disagreeing with a customer. But I felt disrespected today, and haven’t yet decided if I will be back."
