Motel 6 Las Vegas, NV - Boulder Hwy

"Well where do I begin? I give this location 1 star because there’s nothing lower. I made the reservation because of a doctor appointment and was on a budget. I read the reviews beforehand and decided to give it a try. Check in was quick. The agent wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude. No issue. The room had only one pillow for what should’ve been a queen bed per the reservation but it appears to be a double. I asked for another pillow and he gave me one without a pillowcase. I picked up a room key that someone dropped he just threw it away. My room was supposed to be non smoking but I could still smell it bleeding from the walls and furniture plus seeing the cigarette burns on the bathtub. Lots of vagrancy around and I did not really feel safe. Parking lot is super trashy. Dog rest area was full of feces. Location has a ton of road noise. I live right near an interstate and even this was excessive with street racing happening. Bring your ear plugs. For about $20 a night more I could have stayed at some place much nicer. If I could get a refund of my unused nights I would stay elsewhere. Definitely not worth the average $100 a night before taxes for 4 nights that stayed. I’ve only been here 1 night of my 4 night stay as I write this"

"Was on a budget this week, so I tried this. Ya get what ya pay for! I was very late checking in: 11pm. So I’m assuming that i received the last available room, a handicapped room. Tammy at her front desk was a sweet heart. But as for the room. I’m happy to be leaving Friday, cockroaches in the bathroom, one is ground into the tile floor. I’m keeping my suitcases zipped up and everything off the floor, hoping that i fin don’t take any with me. The sheets on the bed are old, so there’s many stains of various sorts, and a few pubic hairs. A little gross. And the shower is the worse mess I’ve ever attempted to use. Took me about 10 minutes to adjust the water to a comfortable temp, and then there is very low pressure out of a shower wand that MUST BE handheld, doesn’t stay on the wall. But, other than that, it’s quiet Update: could not deal with the shower or the roaches any longer. Went to the desk and asked for a different room (not received well) . I was given a room in the bank of the motel, which was the nastiest smoke Smell, but after a bottle of febreeze and a half can of glade, left the door open for an hour with a/c on blast, the smell was tolerable enough to sleep. Other than that, this was a much better room, clean, it’s a pretty quiet place"

"The lady receptionist T (Tammy) very accommodating! Me and my husband been here for almost 1 month due to our place is currently renovating. She is such a sweetheart and has helped us so much with our stay. I highly recommend Motel 6 on Boulder Highway. Everyone wants to be treated great anywhere they go and we got that and more from T. If your needing a place to lay your head down and just relax and rest? Look no further, Motel 6 on Boulder Highway. And if you come across T as your receptionist, you are in the best hands!"

"EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE …Please don’t judge this hotel by some of these people who left negative reviews probably out of spite. I was here for 2+ weeks and absolutely nothing went wrong. There is NO RESORT FEE which is excellent! The office staff and room attendant ladies are so nice and they took very good care of me while I was here waiting for my apartment to get remodeled! I feel as long as you don’t expect 5* accommodations at a Motel 6 AND GET EXCELLENT SERVICE then you will be absolutely satisfied with your stay here. Yes, There are a lot of homeless people around but that is everywhere along Boulder Highway but the security keeps them out of the motel just FYI."

"Toilet seat is the wrong size. TV channels suck. Could not get local channels. Office staff was really friendly. Manager not so much. Dog poop in walk area not picked up by guests. Lots of homeless walking on property. Security very friendly and helpful. Did find roaches but I just bought roach spray and took care of them myself."
