"I had a very happy purchase at the Mattress Firm store along Tatim Blvd just south of the Paradise Valley Mall. On my first visit to the store, with my wife so she could try out mattresses since she has a long history of back pain and surgeries. We picked a double bed innerspring mattress and negotiated the price, but didn't actually make the purchase so we could check other companies. We left Arizona for ten days, and I came back sick so I didn't get back to the store for almost a month. I came at noon when the store opens and Lamont gave a great smile and a wave before I even got inside the store. In 15 minutes we verified the mattress was the correct one, Lamont took down my special instructions so the delivery driver would know exactly what I wanted, paid and and did the "paperwork" (all electronic these days). Altogether a fast, efficient, friendly experience!!!"
