"I was looking for a used Herman Miller Mirra 2 through OfferUp and having a hard time coordinating with another seller. There were postings for Mirras from Modern Modular and they have a used furniture warehouse. I like to look over possible purchases. Misty Morgan (very pleasant and helpful) showed me a Mirra 2 and adjusted it so I could decide if it would work for me, but it was a no pressure visit. Any questions were answered, and I was free to look around the merchandise and mull things over, a mandatory part of my decision making process. The chair condition is seriously showroom new, and I am picky. Arm rests are perfect, base has no scuff marks. Someone must have cancelled an order. I got the chair for $300. For the same config, on Herman Miller's site, list was over $1300 list. And a six week wait. MM requires cash for used chairs, and the sign says no returns, but for me that is a worthwhile tradeoff."
