"Today was our first time at KTR and all 6 kids had a great time! I love that my kids could run around and I could see them easily. The toddler area was great. We only ordered a fountain drink but for $2 5 of us shared a drink without issue so the prices seemed fair. We will definitely be back!"

"Only marking a zero due to false advertising! I booked a large party for the suites that are wheelchair accessible ( family members who wheel chair bond and elderly) I booked back on 1.19 and party was 2/17. Website advertise wheelchair accessible. I had sent out invitations and everything. Got a call 2/15 to confirm my order and was than advised no elevator access and it’s broken. And all suites have stairs . I couldn’t change nor cancel at this point. Invitations were out. They offered there cafe area but i had 35 or more people ( wasn’t big enough nor private) . Those family and friends choose not to come cause they didn’t want to force us to use an open public cafe area. I wish they had advertise correctly or I wouldn’t have booked knowing they lacked wheelchair accessiblilty. That is critical for my loved ones!! Although this was a huge downside! My child and friends did truly have a blast! The host was amazing! The food came perfect timing. Drinks were cold in a mini fridge And the kids loved the facility! But this was truly disappointing"

"Very nice. Had private party section #1. It was bliss. Great view. Girls are quick to help party end and start. Pizza was good, sodas were cold. No adult beverages here though. The private sections were really nice and kept up."
