"We have had a very good experience with Sherrie Verville who I met online when I was looking for furnitures at Ethan Allen after our hired interior designers failed on us. She helped us putting the vision together by giving a floor plan only couple after hours later after we talked. She helped us putting the order together, she was giving us new ideas and she has been keeping us updated about the delivery informations. She has a very positive attitude, she is very motivated, she listened carefully what our vision was and what we need. We hope we can work with her again as we continue the renovation of our home."
"I love full circle moments. I ordered Ethan Allen furniture over 20 years ago and found myself right back there when doing a full update to my home. Ali Helstein, designer, was incredibly insightful and really listened to what I wanted and needed. The design service that EA provides is incredible. Ali spent time and effort providing me with renderings and different floor plans for new furniture. She came out to my house on two occasions (once on her day off!) The quality of Ethan Allen furniture combined with the design services of Ali made my Ethan Allen experience a true pleasure that I highly recommend."

"Delivery took way too long at 22 weeks. Looks like some painting issues with some of the grooves on the bed frame didn’t get a full coat of paint. Bought sofa and bed from Ethan Allen in 2017 with zero issues. Would have given 5 stars then. But quality has decreased dramatically along with service. That’s why today I can only give 2 stars and would not recommend them."
