"Delivery took way too long at 22 weeks. Looks like some painting issues with some of the grooves on the bed frame didn’t get a full coat of paint. Bought sofa and bed from Ethan Allen in 2017 with zero issues. Would have given 5 stars then. But quality has decreased dramatically along with service. That’s why today I can only give 2 stars and would not recommend them."
