"The details of these escape rooms are amazing and the themes are so cool. I’ve done the theater one before and clock tower one now and they are both so fun. Our host was amazing and so kind. We were given a little extra time which I’m so happy that we did because we really only had one puzzle left. I hope to come back for outbreak soon! Since there was a prompter down it did create a little bit of confusion on which was a clue and which was a hint, therefore we never thought we solved a beginning puzzle we were working on. But other than that this escape was incredible!"

"We did the clock tower escape room and we were not impressed. There were way too many technical issues with the equipment (touchscreens not working, items falling apart, locks not opening, etc). This caused a lot of our time to be wasted. Everyone in our party had done an escape room before and we all agreed this was the worst by far. It was not rewarding at all and overpriced. Would not recommend. The fact that there is less than a 50% success rate for all of their rooms should tell them that there need to be some improvements made. Also, two of our members could not join. No partial refunds for their tickets are offered which is unfortunate. The only bright side was that the staff was friendly."
