"On Feb 2019 I placed an order for a King Koil Bellrose Queen Mattress from Art Van in Holland, Ohio. It was the closes furniture company which carried this particular mattress since I lived in Euclid, Ohio. I had slept on this same mattress at a friends house so I knew how it would accommodate my previous back surgeries. In In Nov I relocated to Phoenix, Az. In Nov 2019 I developed issues with the left side of the mattress so I reached out to Art Van and spoke to a Ms. Dionne wanted to speak to her manager and call me back. She did, they offered to have an adjuster to come out, evaluate it and then replace it. However, they would have to ship another from Ohio. The only problem with that was I would be responsible for the shipping and handling which is the cost of another mattress locally. So I decided to reach out to King Koil Manufacturing West in Avondale, Az. I left a message, after several days I reached out again and spoke to a Matthew. He said he'd take my information and return my call. He never did! After a week or so I called again and spoke to Betty. Took information. No return call! My had initially wanted to just exchange the mattress for another one. On Dec I reached out again and spoke to Lidice, I explained my frustrations and she said she would be glad to issue a request for a refund. A week or so went by and I hadn't received a check like Lidice said I would so I called back. Jasmine took a message. Several days later I missed a call from Peggy so I returned her call immediately. She really wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say at all. I told her the tags on the mattress came off in the move but I had the receipt. She then proceeded to throw the vendor Art Van under the bus. King Koil DOESN'T stand behind their 10 year warranty on mattress. This mattress was only 9 months old. My experience of King Koil's business practice, work ethic was very unprofessional especially when you belittle and are demeaning regarding another business who you distribute your product to for profit. I filed a compliant with the BBB which I later found out that King Koil isn't affiliated.The BBB was unable to obtain a response from this business regarding my case. BUYERS please be aware of their Shenanigans!"
