"You can't order with a person, ALL kiosks. If you have a question, you are out of luck. You can't get a paper receipt, just a QR code. They forgot to put the dipping sauce in the bag (I caught that before I left). When I got home, the order was incorrect. For the cost of "fast food " I would expect more. One chicken sandwich combo and one chicken sandwich cost over $18. NOT worth it!!"

"I was disappointed that the one-bedroom suite did not have a full kitchen. The two-burner electric stove would not boil water. The resort provided a 6-quart pot on my request. But I had to use the microwave to cook Artichokes, 18 minutes in a Pyrex bowl filled with h2o. I'm hoping we can fry eggs for breakfast. My paperwork said wash/dryer in room, but no W/D. There's a huge walk-in entry closet (of no use) where a W/D could have been placed. Furniture is nice and patio off bedroom is nice. There are lots of places to visit in the area."

"Absolute disappointment. The room is not clean, floors are dirty, not vacuumed. Towels are very old and smelly. ... Dining table not cleaned. Kitchen utensils dirty with dry food on them."

"This was the third time we've stayed at this location. The staff is nice and the amenities are great. The people next door were a couple of Karens this time, but other than that, it was a great stay. The bed and pillows were fantastic, they're so comfortable!"
