"The staff is about the BEST I can remember at any resort. EXTREMELY helpful and wanting to do more. Rooms were being remodeled, even though our organizer was told the remodeling would be finished before we arrived. One of the pools and the water slide were NOT open, after being promised they would be for our group. Food for each of our events was awesome! No complaints from me after they serve over 250 people in our group. I would have given 5 stars if they had finished the remodeling like they said they would."

"The valet attendant, Mariano H was so wonderful to work with. He went over and beyond to help us and make our experience here wonderful! Also, Gerald, one of the staff that works in children’s games and recreation was so great with our children and took the time to play with them and engage in a fun experience!"

"Arrived and checked in without issue. Upon arrival, they inform you for the first time half of the hotel is under construction and that a lot of the amenities listed online are not available. They try and peddle a lie to you that the spa pool is available, and that construction will be finished soon (after speaking with a construction worker at the resort, I found out they will not complete until April of 2025, if not later). I then went to my room, where I had to walk through construction, dust and various other messes associated with construction. My first night at the resort, while walking to the pool I was followed from a hallway near my room all the way to the pool, where I was confronted and asked if I am even staying here. I found this very disrespectful and distasteful, considering I had come from the hallway by my room, and gone all the way to the pool before being confronted, and I clearly knew the way. Not sure why I was confronted if I am staying here by a security guard for simply walking through the resort I paid to be at. At the pool, ten yards from where I was confronted, I found a diamond ring on the ground and called the front desk, they refused to send anyone to retrieve it, and demanded I bring it to the front desk right away. Maybe if your security guard was busy actually securing the location and not harassing guests, you would not have guests having to run errands for your establishment. Furthermore, I was told there I could schedule an appointment at the spa and that they had availability. I was extremely surprised to see that once I got to my room the first day, there was not a single booking or time slot available in the spa for anything. I was there for five days, not sure how you can claim to have availability, but not. Another disappointing instance was when it rained. Not sure if this resort has no protocol for rain or what the issue was, but the entire lobby floor was soaking wet, there was no rug available at the door to dry your shoes, and the whole resort smelled musty after. Additionally, after the rain I could no longer use my patio for the remainder of the trip because of the improper drainage control on it. There were over 3 inches of pooled water outside my patio door. On my last day at this resort, I called in the morning before my hike to specifically ask for a late check out, when I returned I found myself locked out of my room with all of my luggage inside. I immediately called the front desk and asked to be let in my room and why my late check out had not been applied, explaining I needed into my room ASAP because I had a flight soon. I was told there was a mistake on their behalf and that someone would be there right away. I waited 15 minutes outside my room door, and there was still nobody around to help. I called the front desk once again and asked for them to send someone because I was in a rush and they have already dropped the ball by not applying my late checkout. After an additional ten minutes of waiting, security finally showed up at my door to let me in. I immediately packed my things and left. I will never be back here again, I am in disbelief how a four star establishment can be so terrible. This is easily the worst resort I have stayed in. I would compare it to a motel 6 of resorts. I advise you to call and inquire about the state of their construction operation before booking at the bare minimum."

"Gorgeous resort. The hotel and service staff were great. I am very disappointed that they only have one pool open, and nowhere on the website has it announced their main pool is under renovation. We had spa services during our stay. However, the spa management won't allow hotel guests to use the spa pool because they are “fully booked.” However, when we checked in, they told us we could use the pool at the spa. We booked our stay with breakfast, which wasn't very pleasant due to the lack of variety. I would not recommend eating breakfast here. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The area is safe, and its location is good."

"Amazing experience! Was there for a business conference. Checked in Monday and out on Thursday. Every single person on the hotel staff was so friendly and so helpful it was amazing. The overall hotel was well taken care of, clean, the views are spectacular around the hotel, and it I just overall Beautiful. Check-in and check out were quick and easy, and they offer express check out as well. Surning the conference food was given for breakfast and lunch, and every day, I was stuffed. The food was Delicious! I went to the on-site restaurant to grad a bite one night, and even the simple quesidilla and fries were good. Unfortunately, because it was business and January, I didn't get to check out the pools, spa, or many outdoor activities there. The rooms were spacious, clean, stocked, comfortable, and overall Beautiful! It's definitely a 5-star hotel Photo is the mountain view from the one side of the hotel. My room and bathroom."
