Found it while checking out the local school and homes 4 sale in the area (hate HOA neighbothoods, this isn't one of them ) Occasional questionable individual hangs out nearby, likely lives nearby as well, but that's to be expected in an old neighborhood. Stay away at night if there's no activity and you're golden."

"It's pretty good, it's the best place to bring little children because they have many slides and it is also the best place to work out. But there are many stray dogs. I personally hate that because no one knows what kind of diseases they're carrying. But just know that they are going to be there."
