"I love yo come here. But a few weeks ago I came in to see if I could book a party room for today, just for at least 1 hour so that we could have cake, but was told no rooms were available. Which I figured was fine, we'll still come and have a little party time without the room. But I've been here now for about 2 hours with every room being unoccupied. So I'm really bummed to see that."
