"This would have rated higher, but multiple issues came up. The bathroom light made a loud ticking noise at night, even when it was off. It was enough to make falling asleep difficult but that was minor. The bathroom door also didn't close properly. We also don't ask for our room to be made up everyday, as we travel with kids and we just clean up ourselves. But when we specifically ask at 930am to have our room made up, and we get back at 1030pm to find it untouched, that is unacceptable. Poor service on that one, and when you have sleepy kids and are tired, asking them to wait while the front desk finds bedding is not something that should happen, especially when you asked and saw the front desk right down your room number as you left in the morning. Location is great, but would probably choose a different hotel next time. Minor things like the light I can overlook, but not failing to accomplish a standard task like making a room up when it was asked for early in the day. Just being honest here,"

"The service at this hotel was terrible. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The rooms were in poor condition – outdated furniture, uncomfortable beds, and inadequate amenities. I couldn't stand the overwhelming smell in the corridors. It was a mix of cleaning products and something unpleasant. The atmosphere was chaotic and loud. It felt more like a busy market than a place for relaxation. From check-in to check-out, the overall experience was disappointing. Nothing met our expectations."

"A great hotel connected to a sister property... Tru. This combo is very cool as they offer shared amenities and even two breakfast spots. The parking is equipped with Diamond and electric charging spots. The highlight of the visit was the service. A+, especially Alyssa. She is the epitome of friendly and thoughtful customer service."

"We absolutely love this hotel - it's our 2nd time staying here when visiting our grandkids. The staff are exceptional and the rooms are clean and well-stocked. We stayed for 5 days and were really comfortable the whole time. The breakfast bar is beyond expectations. The employee who runs it - I never saw her name tag - is extremely accommodating and runs a very smooth operation. We enjoyed the waffles, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, and coffee on this trip, and it was excellent every day."

"Great hotel, room was a good size and modern. Staff is great. There are two breakfast bars with myriad options. Coffee was excellent. Lobby had a pool table and multiple TVs, couches and sitting areas. Very very nice place to stay."
